I founded Idea Land Smart Solutions Co Ltd in 2013. My early entrepreneurial journey involved navigating the complex challenges of establishing and managing a technology venture in Rasht—experiences that ultimately solidified my resolve to build a resilient, independent enterprise. February 2011 - October 2015
While based in Rasht, I founded an institute dedicated to scientific and technological R&D. However, due to internal misconduct by a founding member, I ultimately made the strategic decision to dissolve my involvement and sever all ties with the Marlik Institute, holding no current responsibilities there. I believe it is vital to share these setbacks openly: true entrepreneurship is defined not just by successes, but by how we navigate adversity. Embracing these challenges is essential for real-world growth, resilience, and building a stronger foundation for future innovation.
October 2008 - April 2012
During my postgraduate studies, I began my academic career as a part-time lecturer, sharing industry and theoretical insights with emerging engineers. At the Islamic Azad University (Lahijan Branch), I taught foundational subjects within the Mechanical Engineering Faculty, including Mechanism Design, Mechanical Vibrations, Dynamics, and Industrial Design. Additionally, at the Ahrar Institute of Higher Education in Rasht, I expanded my instructional scope across multidisciplinary fields, lecturing on the Fundamentals of Electricity, HVAC Control Systems, HVAC Electrical Design, Physics, Entrepreneurship, and Industrial Design.

INV Member
Assignment of title to the inventors. Doctors and Ph.D. holders in all countries use Dr as Title. Engineers in some countries use Eng as a Title. Such a title helps to differentiate qualified and competent professionals from the rest. On the other hand, there is no system that recognizes genuine inventors and innovators, contributing significantly to the knowledge economy and adding to the public stock of knowledge. It was proposed to institutionalize an arrangement whereby the innovators are recognized with the title based on their competency and track record as a member of Chartered Innovators Council. It was approved to use the title “Inv” for inventors and innovators. in order to respect inventors, it was mandated that the Inv title awarded to the inventors by requirements.
